The SharkBite

connection system oers the only total rough-in solution, including a full line of valves, push-
to-connect ttings, PEX pipe and traditional PEX components and tools. The SharkBite system oers three
options for a PEX pipe installation – Trunk & Branch, Manifold or a Combination system – as described in the
diagrams below.

This system uses SharkBite PEX pipe and push-
ttings. It oers the absolute fastest and easiest
way to get from meter to xtures.
This system uses traditional PEX components
(manifolds, barbed ttings, clamp rings, etc.) and
oers the total lowest material cost. When you
need special conguration ttings, such as drop ear
elbows, SharkBite push-ttings oer greater speed
and eciency than traditional barbed ttings while
costing about the same.

This system uses SharkBite push-ttings and
manifolds oers additional versatility. When you
need special-conguration ttings, such as drop ear
elbows, SharkBite push-ttings oer greater speed
and eciency than traditional barbed ttings while
costing about the same.
This system uses a central manifold to distribute
water to xture and appliances. One dedicated
plumbing line is run to each xture/appliance for
both hot and cold supply lines.
