1. Make sure that picture signal is being output from
ICS PPU pin (21).
2. Make sure that soldering for Q 1, FC2, Q4, l1,
R23 and R2 is secure.
3. Check for other faulty soldering or breaks in the
conductor pattern.

asci llation circuit (near X 1, 02 or 03) ?

levels of ICG CPU pin (29) and ICS PPU pin ( 18)
