Applications
Display a map and compass to check your present location and the direction the phone is facing.
There are two modes for checking: a compass mode which shows the direction of the phone with a compass and a map mode which shows the direction of the phone
with an azimuth icon on the map.
In accordance with the tilt of the phone, the compass is switched to flat display or birds-eye display.
To display maps, enable data connection or connect to Wi-Fi.
Enable location information services ([Use wireless networks] or [Use GPS satellites]) in advance to measure the present location (nP. 26).

In the home screen, [R]/[Compass]
Manage events using Calendar. Also, you can synchronise the calendar to a new or existing Google account.
Set the account in advance (nP. 12).

Set each item/[Done]
What: Enter the title.
From: Set the start date and time.
To: Set the end date and time.
Time zone: Set the time zone.
All day: Switch to All day setting.
Where: Enter the location.
Description: Enter the details.
Calendar: Set the calendar sheet.
Guests: Enter the mail address of the guests you invite.
Repetition: Set the repetition.
Reminders: Set how early the reminder notifies you of the schedule before the set start date and time.
Display city time around the world.
WorldClock can display times for up to ten cities.

Activate an alarm tone or vibration at the specified time/day of the week.
You can save up to ten alarms.

Name: Enter the name.
Enable/disable alarm: Enable/Disable the alarm settings.
Time: Set the time when the alarm rings.
Ring duration: Set the alarm duration.
Repeat: Set the repetition of the alarm.
Alarm sound: Set the alarm sound.
Enable/disable snooze: Enable/Disable the snooze setting.
Snooze interval: Set the snooze interval.
Snooze repeat: Set the number of snooze repeat.
Vibrator Setting: Enable/Disable the vibration.
/ Touch panel operation when an alarm sounds
The following touch operations are available.
Compass
When the compass mode is displayed, tap the map at the lower part of the screen to switch to the map mode. Likewise, when the map mode is displayed, tap the
compass at the lower left of the screen to switch to the compass mode.
Calendar
Clock
World clock
[E] appears for cities displaying daylight saving time.
Alarm
Alarm is not activated when the handset is turned off at the alarm setting time.
Alarm is not activated when the set time arrives during a call. Upon the end of the call, the previously displayed screen or the home screen is displayed, and Alarm is
activated.
When a set time arrives during another alarm sounding, the alarm is delayed. When the former alarm stops or the alarm duration has elapsed, the delayed alarm
restarts.
End the alarm Tap and hold [2] and slide to the right along the arrow on the screen
Stop the alarm (Snooze works) Tap and hold [3] and slide to the left along the arrow on the screen
