Power does not turn on
Is the battery pack attached properly? P. 3
Make sure the battery has not run out. P. 7
Cannot charge the battery
Charging lamp does not illuminate or it flashes

Is the power plug of the adapter inserted into the outlet properly? P. 7
Are the adapter and the phone connected properly? P. 7
When using the AC adapter, is the connector of the microUSB cable SH10 properly connected to the phone and AC adapter? P. 7

If calling, transmitting or another function is performed for a long time while charging, the phone may become warm and charging lamp may
flash. Charge again after the phone temperature lowers.

Becomes hot while operating/charging
The phone, battery pack or adapter may become warm while operating or charging. There is no safety hazard. P. 7
Battery usage time is short
Make sure the handset is not left for a long time outside the network service area.
Outside the network service area, since electric waves are searched to make network communication available, more electric power than
usual is used.
The usage time for the battery pack depends on the usage environment and deterioration level.
Battery pack is a consumable product. Service time per charge is gradually reduced every time the battery is charged.
Purchase a specified new battery pack if the usage time is significantly shorter than when the battery was purchased even after the battery
is fully charged.

Power turns off/The phone restarts
Unclean terminals for the battery pack may result in poor connections and loss of power. Wipe with a dry cloth or a cotton swab.–
Phone is not activated by touching or pressing keys
Make sure the phone is not turned off. P. 8
Screen response is slow when touching or pressing keys
This may happen when a great deal of data is saved on the phone or when a large amount of data is transferred between the phone and
the microSD Card.

SIM card is not recognised
Is the SIM card facing the right direction? P. 3
Clock is incorrect
Make sure you are not setting the time & date manually.
Set it to adjust time automatically and turn the power off and on again in a location with good signal conditions.

Calls cannot be made by touching or pressing keys
Make sure Flight mode is not activated. P. 24
Ring tone does not sound
Make sure phone ring volume is not set to [0]. P. 25

Depending on the signal type, even though status is “inside the network service area” or “[!] (indicating signal status) appears”, making/
receiving a call may not be available. Move to another place and call again.
In a crowded place, heavy telephone/mail traffic may make it difficult to get a connection. In such a case, a busy tone is played. Move to
another place or call again later.
Cannot use the phone abroad ([(] appears)
Make sure the handset is not outside the network service area or in a place with weak signal.
