The RBX-A200 Auto Punch is
an innovative punching system
that is capable of punching up
to 200 sheets of paper at one
time. The machine can take a
variety of punch dies that are
easily changed without the use
of tools. The machine is
shipped with one die.
As with other binders in the
RBX series, the A200 uses hol-
lowed punch bits which allow
for higher capacity. Once paper
is loaded, push the safety but-
tons. The A200 is pre-
programmed to complete the
punch pattern. Depending on the die, two or three punches will
be necessary. Punch stroke time is 5 seconds making this an
economic tool for long run jobs. Weight is 175 lbs. Electrical is
220 volt 1/phase.

Coil Binding Equipment
COINER-340 COIL INSERTER
The CoiNer-340 Coil Inserter is an automatic desk top coil inserter that is ca-
pable of inserting coil into books up to 150 sheets. Coil is inserted by bring-
ing the stack of paper against the inserting wheel. The machine is equipped
with four interchangeable mandrels dependent on the size of coil used. It
features margin hole adjuster and a “C-Form” paper stop to jog the paper for
easy insertion. Interchangeable coil to hole guide so that you can do 3:1 or
4:1 coil. Maximum binding length is 13”. The CoiNer-340 features speed
control, forward and reverse switch and driving wheel pressure regulator.

CBX-100 DESKTOP AUTOMATIC PUNCHING MACHINE
The CBX-100 is the world-first desktop heavy duty punching machine innovated to punch through Max. 100 Sheets
(80gsm, 20lb) at a time. Its production can reach up to ±80,000 sheets (round
hole) per hour. The CBX-100 comes with your choice of a wide range punching
dies. These dies are interchangeable so that all kinds of hole patterns are
available to punch. Replacement of the punching dies is very quick and simple
to do. The CBX-100 is constructed of heavy cast iron. Hollow punch bits on the
dies can be replaced quickly and simply. Equipped with two button control and
micro sensors for safety.
