Handset

Take measures to prevent accidents.

For safety, never use handset while driving. Pull over
beforehand. Mobile phone use while driving is
prohibited by the revised Road Traffic Law (effective
1 November 2004).

Do not use headphones while driving or riding a
bicycle. Accidents may result.

Moderate volume outside, especially at level/road
crossings to avoid accidents.

Do not swing handset by handstrap.
May result in injury or breakage.

Turn handset power off before boarding aircraft.
Using wireless devices aboard aircraft may cause
electronic malfunctions or endanger aircraft operation.

Adjusting vibration and Ringtone settings:
Users with a heart condition/pacemaker/defibrillator
should adjust handset settings accordingly.

During thunderstorms, turn power off; find cover.
There is a risk of lightning strike or electric shock.
