you’ll find that

all of the routine

maintenance areas can

be easily accessed from

the front of the device, reducing the time it takes to clear paper

jams or change toner.

Long unattended print runs

No one wants to spend the day keeping one eye on the printer.

So most of our customers specify the optional Status Lamp,

mounted on a mast that can be seen across the room. A quick

glance will show operators a green LED light, confirming that

everything is OK, or a red LED light, if intervention is required

Convenient workflows

The Print Release function enables printing from any

compatible networked multifunctional printer. Both machines

also support the AirPrint printing service and are ready to run

any of a growing number of productivity apps that operate

under Sharp OSA (Open System Architecture). In addition, you

have easy access to public cloud services, such as OneDrive®

for Business, Google Drive, SharePoint Online and Dropbox,

and can send scanned data via Gmail™ or Microso Exchange/

Online accounts. And a conveniently located USB port

facilitates walk-up printing and scanning in a useful variety of

common file formats.
