COMMUNICATION INDICATOR
When turning the machine power ON/OFF; at user authentication when the user has logged in using IC card or NFC;
when connecting USB memory to the machine; when starting a job on the machine control panel; or during image
adjustment or when adding toner, the LED lights blue in response to the request/operation from the user to
communicate to the user the machine status.
Lighting patterns
Lighting patterns differ depending on status.
* The communication indicator lights in response to a power ON/OFF or wake from sleep mode directly carried out by
the user. If other than direct user operations, including when receiving a print job, or turning Auto Power Shut-off
ON/OFF by the scheduling function, the communication indicator does not light.
Lighting pattern 1
After lighting sporadically, all lights come on together, and then turn off.
Lighting pattern 2
All lights come on together, then each lamp turns off irregularly.
