CONTROLS SETTING THE CLOCK When the oven is first plugged in, the display will show “:0” and a tone will sound. If the AC power ever goes off, the display show “ : 0” when the power comes back on. 1. Touch the CLOCK pad. This is a 12 hour clock system. 2. Touch the CLOCK pad once more. This is a 24 hour clock system. NOTE : This oven has multiple clock systems. CARE OF YOUR MICROWAVE OVEN The oven should be cleaned regularly and any food deposits removed. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS COOKING TECHNIQUES STANDING TIME STARTING TEMPERATURE Dense foods e.g. meat, jacket potatoes and cakes, require standing time(inside or outside of the oven) after cooking, to allow heat to finish conducting to cook the center completely. Wrap meat joints and jacket potatoes in aluminium foil while standing. Meat joints need approx. 10-15 minutes, jacket potatoes 5 minutes. Other foods such as plated meal, vegetables, fish etc require 2-5 minutes standing.
