AUTO COOK / AUTO DEFROST CHART
MENU NUMBER WEIGHT RANGE COOKING PROCEDURE
AD-1 0.6kg - 1.8kg • Place meat in a flan dish on the turntable.
Meat joint • Turn over when audible signal sounds.
Beef/lamb/Pork • Stand, wrapped in foil, for 45-90 minutes until defrosted.
AD-2 1.2kg - 1.8kg • Place poultry breast side down in a flan dish on the
Poultry turntable.
• Turn over when audible signal sounds.
• Stand, wrapped in foil, for 45-90 minutes until evenly defrosted.
AD-3 0.3kg - 1.2kg • Place meat in a flan dish on the turntable. For chicken
Chicken Portions portions place portions best side down.
Steak/Chops • Turn over when audible signal sounds.
• Stand, wrapped in foil, for 15-30 minutes until evenly
defrosted.
AD-4 0.2kg - 1.0kg • Place minced meat in a bowl.
Minced Meat • When audible signal sounds turn over and rearrange.
Beef/Lamb/Pork/Poultry Remove the defrosted parts.
• Stand for 5 minutes after defrosting if required.
AD-5 0.1kg - 0.8kg • Place directly on the turntable.
Bread • When audible signal sounds turn over and rearrange.
• Stand for 5 minutes.

Roast Beef / Lamb • Turn meat over when the audible signal sounds.
• After cooking, leave meat to stand wrapped in
aluminium foil for 10 minutes.
NOTE: Press LESS () for rare. Press MORE () for
well done.
AC-2 0.6kg - 1.8kg • Place meat in a flan dish on the turntable.
Roast Pork • Turn meat over when the audible signal sounds.
• After cooking, leave meat to stand wrapped in
aluminium foil for 10 minutes.
AC-3 1.2kg - 1.8kg • Place poultry breast side down in a flan dish on the
Roast Poultry turntable.
• Turn poultry over when the audible signal sounds.
• After cooking, leave poultry to stand wrapped in foil for 10 mins.
AC-4 1-4 Pieces • Arrange in a single layer best down in a large flan dish.
Chicken Portions (300g = 1 Piece) • When the audible signal sounds turn the chicken portions over.
• After cooking, leave to stand wrapped in foil for
2-3 minutes before serving.
AC-5 0.5kg - 1.5kg • Place the casserole in the dish and cover with lid.
Casserole (As recipe on page • When the audible signal sounds stir the casserole and replace the lid .
