8 Website key
Display websites. You can search for the program being
watched while a website is being displayed or you can
bookmark websites.

Display the recorded file list.

Display data broadcasting.
c Mini TV
Switch to the mini TV. You can watch TV while using
another app (nP. 27 “Mini app/Widget”).
You can record TV and save the recorded programs on the
tablet memory or a microSD Card.
Record TV in a good reception status.
You can set where to save recorded Full-Seg (nP. 55 “Setting
TV (Full-Seg/1Seg)”). 1Seg can be saved only on the tablet
memory.
Estimated number of savable videos and recording time
* This is the respective number of Full-Seg and 1Seg videos.
The followings are the maximum recording size/time for each
recording. Even if the available space on the tablet memory or a
microSD Card is sufficient, the video being recorded up to that
point is saved and recording ends once the maximum recording
size/time is reached.
 Full-Seg recording: Up to approx. 128 GB/Up to approx.
1,000 min
 1Seg recording: Up to approx. 2 GB/Up to approx. 600 min
When you run out of available space on the tablet memory or a
microSD Card, recording automatically ends, and the video being
recorded up to that point is saved.

Select a recording time
: When the set recording time has passed, recording ends and
the video is automatically saved.
: To end recording: [E]/[OK]
･ The video is automatically saved.
Play a recorded video saved on the tablet memory or a
microSD Card.
Basic operations in video playback screen are the same as those
in TV watching screen. Operations that differ are explained here.

The following operations are available with displayed

･ To return to a location of approx. 5 seconds ago/skip to
a location of approx. 15 seconds later: [8]/[9]
･ To enable or disable the mute setting: [1]/[2]

*1 Every time you touch it, the playback speed is
switched.
*2 Touch and hold the key to display the volume bar.
Drag it to adjust the volume.
*3 Displayed when the playback is finished.
You can register memo information and URLs of related
websites as TV link in some data broadcasting. If they are
registered as TV link, you can check them from the TV link
screen.
You can register up to 50 TV links.
Procedures for registering TV links may differ depending on the
program.
While watching TV, colors in the screen may appear different.
Even if the home screen is displayed while activating TV,
information of data broadcasting/data broadcasting websites
may be automatically updated, since TV is kept activated. Note
that packet communication charges may be incurred.
If you receive a call while watching TV, TV will resume after the
call is terminated. While recording TV, recording continues in
the background.
When you play videos with another app while the mini TV is
being used, videos may not be displayed properly.

Recording of some programs may be prohibited.
When the time set for recording arrives while another TV is
being recorded, the recording of the latest timer-set program
starts. The recording in progress up to that point ends, and the
recorded program is saved.
Playing recorded video of TV (Full-Seg/1Seg)
When a video edited (split) by other devices etc. is played, the
image or audio may be interrupted.
When a Full-Seg video recorded on a microSDHC Card with the
tablet is played, the image or audio may be interrupted. When
you record a Full-Seg video, it is recommended to use a
microSDXC Card.
While a video is being played, recorded data broadcasting can
also be displayed.
As for Full-Seg, you can set whether to record data
broadcasting in [Record Full-Seg data broadcast] of Recording
setting.
