The turntable for the SMC1585 Series is an elegant,
glossy white, oven-safe ceramic platter. Easy-to-clean
and dishwasher-safe, this durable turntable is both
food-safe for direct contact cooking and beautiful to
bring to the table.
Two, removable racks are included and sized to t on
top of the ceramic turntable for two levels of even,
convection cooking. Use the upper rack for baking,
and the lower rack for broiling and roasting.
