New “service” key
A special type of dongles, called “service keys”, are now recognised for enabling
an easy maintenance to the MM8000 sites even without any specific PAK code.

New key driver and support for USB keys
MM8000 MP2.31 is supplied with new drivers for the Sentinel dongles. Both paral-
lel and USB key are supported, even if used at the same time (see however a limi-
tation concerning older parallel key at p.24).

New logs with detailed license requirements
During the download procedure, the software generates detailed log files on the li-
cense requirements for the specific configuration, including the number of points,
subsystems and maps. Log files are stored in “\MM8000\Logs\”.
