Improvement: Composer can now recognise old and unsupported
CC11 metafiles (EP2/EP3) and provide a specific warning message.

CS11 AlgoRex
Previous problems in re-importing metafiles with moved objects have
been partially resolved. Import can now delete the previous object and
properly create a new one in the new position of the CC11 structure.
However, links to pages and/or reactions will need to be configured
again for the new object (ref #5521).

CS4 push-button zones could not be imported.

Text including parenthesis could not be imported properly; text string
was truncated.
