PIsensors,itcanalsochargethePSsensors,butonlyatnormal

chargerate.

Dailyoperation

Observethefollowingprocedurefordailyoperation.

1Attachthechargingclampstothesensorasfollows:

•Redclamp:Positive(+)fasteninglug

•Blackclamp:Negative(–)fasteninglug

•Oneverysensorthepolarityofthefasteninglugsare

engravedonthesensorbodyusing+and–characters.

2Ensurethatmountingmaterialsdonotshortcircuitthe

charginglugs.

•Thismayberopes,wires,chainsorotheritemsthat

obstructorshortcircuittheelectricalconnections.

3Whenthechargerisconnectedtothesensor,checkthe

chargerlamps.

•Onceconnected,thechargerwillidentifywhetherthe

sensorconnectedcanbefastchargedornot.Thisis

shownbytheyellowlamps.Ifthetoplampashes

rapidly,thesensorisfastcharged.
