180° / Echosounder (Option)

When the 180° / Echosounder mode is selected, the upper half

of the screen shows a 180 degrees bow-up presentation, while

the lower part is used for an echo sounder recording. This means

that the sonar operates alternately as a normal sonar and an echo

sounder for every second transmission.

When you select this mode, the lower half of the screen will be

dark. A recording will then be built up from right towards left

on the screen, and store the echogram. All the echo sounder

parameters are controlled separately in the Echo sounder menu.
