Replacing the Wheels (Fig.19)
WARNING
Always remove the
battery packs when
servicing or transporting the mower.
a. Turn the mower on its side with the upper
surface against a wall.
b. Use a at blade screwdriver to pry the dust
cover away from the wheel.
c. Use an adjustable or 1/2 inch (13mm)
wrench (not provided) to turn the nut
counterclockwise to loosen it.
d. Remove the nut and the worn wheel from the
wheel axle.
e. Mount the new wheel on the wheel axle.
Note that the round recess must face outward.
f. Lock the wheel with the nut by tightening it clockwise.
g. Mount the dust cover onto the wheel and press it in place.
Lubrication
Lubricate with light oil as directed below at least once each mowing season.
To prevent rusting, periodically lubricate the following parts with light oil:
the locking pin in the handle adjustment knob (Fig. 20);
the torsion spring and pivot of the rear-discharge door (Fig. 21)

Lubricate the wheel axle with light oil when the wheel seems stuck during operation.
Lubricate the deck-height adjustment joint.
