TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Remedy
The mower fails to
start.
1. The battery packs are depleted. 1. Charge the battery packs.
2. One or both battery packs are not
properly inserted.
2. Attach the battery packs to
the mower. Press on each
battery pack until you hear a
click.
3. One or both battery packs, or the
mower are too hot.
3. Turn off the mower and
remove the battery packs
from the mower. Allow
the battery packs and the
mower to cool down.
4. The safety key is not inserted or
is not in the “1” position.
4. Insert the safety key and
turn it to “1” position.
5. The side rails are not extended
to their maximum length and the
clamps are not locked in position.
5. Fully extend the handle and
lock both clamps.
6. The handle is set at storage
position.
6. Adjust the handle to one
of the three operating
positions.
7. The mower deck is clogged with
grass and debris.
7. Turn off the mower and
remove the battery pack
from the mower. Clean the
mower deck and make
certain that the blade has
freedom of movement.
The mower cuts
unevenly.

2. The cutting height is not set
properly.
2. Move the deck height to a
higher setting.
3. The blade is assembled
incorrectly.
