The mower stops
while mowing.
1. The battery packs are depleted. 1. Charge the battery packs.
2. Mower is in overload condition. 2. Raise the cutting height or
slow down the mowing.
3. Mower deck is clogged with grass
and debris.
3. Turn off the mower and
remove the battery pack
from the mower. Unclog
the mower deck. Raise
the cutting height, or cut a
narrow swath.
4. One or both battery packs, or the
mower are too hot.
4. Turn off the mower and
remove the battery packs
from the mower. Allow
the battery packs and the
mower to cool down.
5. The side rail is retracted a little by
the pushing force applying on the
handle.
5. Unlock the clamps. Fully
extend the side rails and
lock the clamps again.
The mower does not
mulch properly
.
1. Wet grass clippings are sticking
to the underside of the deck.
1. Clear accumulated grass
and wait until the grass dries
before mowing.
2. The mower is set to cut too much
grass at once.
2. Raise the deck to a higher
cutting height setting.
There is excessive
vibration.
1. The cutting blade is loose. 1. Tighten the blade bolt.
2. The cutting blade is unbalanced. 2. Balance the blade following
the instructions.
3. The cutting blade is bent. 3. Replace the blade.
The handle-locking
clamps cannot be
closed in position.
1. The side rails are not fully
extended.
1. Fully extend the side rails,
then lock the clamps.
Short running time
of the mower with
included battery.
1. Grass conditions and cutting
height setting will greatly affect
the battery run time.
1. Raise the blade height and
slow your pace to reduce
the cutting load.
