INSTRUCTIONS D’INSTALLTION

Kabu Series - Small LED Pendant, Large LED Pendant

Important

• Always disconnect the power before installing or replacing bulbs and before cleaning or other maintenance.

• Consult a qualied, licensed electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor.

1. Shut o power to the outlet box (A).

2. Determine the height at which the xture is to be hung.

Use the screwdriver (B) to loosen the set screws (C).

Adjust the cords (D & E) to the desired length. Tighten the

set screws (C) to set.

3. Make appropriate electrical connections using wire nuts:

a. Connect the LED driver's (F) live wire (black) to the live

outlet box wire.

b. Connect the LED driver's (F) neutral wire (white) to

the neutral outlet box wire.

c. Connect the xture's ground wire (green or uncoated)

to the ground outlet box wire. If no ground is present

in outlet box, connect xture's ground wire to the

mounting plate using the green screw (included).

d. Carefully place connections and LED driver (F) in

outlet box (A).

4. Attach the mounting plate (G) to the outlet box (A),

secure with outlet box screws (H).

5. Reserve extra power cord (D) in the canopy (I). The power

cord is marked by a label (J). Cut the other cord (E) to

length plus 12", and tie a knot in the end.

6. Install the canopy (I) to the mounting plate (G) by

hooking the bend (K) onto the bracket (L) on canopy.

Secure with mounting screw (M).

7. Restore power to the xture.

Note

• This fixture is dimmable with Electronic Low Voltage (Trailing-Edge) type and Incandescent (Leading-Edge) type

dimmers. For best performance, we recommend using an Electronic Low Voltage dimmer.

Care Instructions

• Dusting: Use a clean, dry cloth.

• Cleaning: To protect the nish, avoid any harsh abrasives or chemicals.
