Remove the MD changer.
Retirez le changeur de MD.
Nehmen Sie das MD-Wechslersystem herunter.

Make cuts in the carpet with a box knife.

Mount firmly with the nuts 4.

Decide on the installation position, and remove
any dirt or stains from that surface. Place the
changer onto the mounting pad
2, then peel the
backing and stick
2 to the floor.

ou de souillures. Placez le changeur sur le support

Scegliere la posizione di installazione ed eliminare
eventuali tracce di sporco o macchie dalla
superficie. Sistemare il cambiatore sul tappetino di

Tear off the backing, and attach the
double-sided adhesive tapes
5 to the
bottom of the unit.
Décollez la protection et appliquez les
bandes adhésives double face

Remove any dirt or stains from the surface you’re going to mount the unit on, then attach the unit.
Eliminez la poussière ou les souillures de la surface de montage de l’appareil et fixez ensuite l’appareil
dessus.
Entfernen Sie Staub oder Schmutz von der Oberfläche, auf der Sie das Gerät montieren wollen, und bringen
Sie dann das Gerät an.
Eliminare eventuali tracce di sporco o macchie dalla superficie su cui verrà montato l’apparecchio e quindi
collocarvi quest’ultimo.
Notes
• Before attaching the unit, be sure that
nothing interferes with the operation
of the unit, and that the unit does not
interfere with the glove box or
console box cover.
• When you install the main unit in a
glove box, be sure to install the unit
at a positive angle.

• Avant de fixer l’appareil, assurez-
vous que rien ne puisse gêner son
fonctionnement et que l’appareil
n’entrave pas l’ouverture du
couvercle de la boîte à gants ou du
boîtier de console.
• Si vous installez l’appareil principal
dans une boîte à gants, montez-le
suivant un angle positif.

• Achten Sie vor dem Anbringen des
Geräts darauf, daß es ohne
Hindernisse bedient werden kann
und daß es beim Öffnen oder
Schließen des Handschuh- oder
Konsolenfachs nicht hinderlich ist.
• Wenn Sie das Hauptgerät im
Handschuhfach installieren, achten
Sie darauf, daß Sie es in einem
positiven Winkel anbringen.

• Prima di collocare l’apparecchio,

viene installato in un vano

l’apparecchio con un’inclinazione

Precautions
• Avoid installing the unit in a place:
— subject to temperatures exceeding 55°C (such
as in a car parked in direct sunlight).
— subject to direct sunlight.
— near heat sources (such as heaters).
— exposed to rain or moisture.
— exposed to excessive dust or dirt.
— subject to excessive vibration.
• Choose the mounting location carefully,
observing the following:
— The fuel tank should not be damaged by the
tapping screws.
— There should be no wire harnesses or pipes
under the place where you are going to install
the unit.
— The spare tire, tools or other equipment in or
under the trunk should not be interfered with
or damaged by the screws or the unit itself.
• Before installing in a glove box or on a console
box, be sure the installation will not interfere
with the main unit’s cords and cables, and that
the installation belt does not prevent the cover
from opening.

• Evitez d’installer l’appareil dans un endroit:
— soumis à des températures dépassant 55°C
(comme dans une voiture parquée en plein
soleil);
— soumis au rayonnement direct du soleil;
— à proximité de sources de chaleur (comme des
radiateurs);
— exposé à la pluie ou à l’humidité;
— exposé à de la poussière ou à des saletés en
excès;
— soumis à des vibrations excessives.
• Choisissez soigneusement l’endroit de montage en
veillant aux précautions suivantes:
— le réservoir à carburant ne peut risquer d’être
endommagé par les vis taraudeuses;
— il ne peut y avoir de faisceau de câbles ou de
conduites sous l’endroit où vous prévoyez
d’installer l’appareil;
— la roue de secours, la trousse à outils et les autres
équipements à l’intérieur ou sous la malle ne
peuvent être en contact ni être endommagés par
les vis ni par l’appareil lui-même.
• Avant d’installer l’appareil dans la boîte à gants ou
sur un boîtier de console, assurez-vous que
l’installation ne gênera pas les cordons et les câbles
de l’appareil principal et que la sangle de montage
n’empêchera pas l’ouverture du panneau frontal.

direttamente esposta al sole).
— esposto alla luce diretta del sole.
— in prossimità di fonti di calore (come

— eccessivamente polveroso o sporco.
— soggetto a vibrazioni eccessive.
• Scegliere con cura la posizione di installazione,
ricordando quanto segue:
— il serbatoio del carburante non deve essere
danneggiato dalle viti di maschiatura.
— non devono esserci fasci o tubi di cavi elettrici
sotto la posizione prescelta per l’installazione.
— gli attrezzi per la ruota di scorta e gli altri
utensili presenti nel bagagliaio non devono
risultare ostruiti o danneggiati dalle viti
dell’apparecchio o dall’apparecchio stesso.
• Prima di installare questo apparecchio nel vano
portaoggetti o nel cruscotto, accertarsi che
l’installazione non danneggi il cablaggio
dell’apparecchio centrale e che il bullone di
installazione non impedisca l’apertura del
coperchio.

Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
• Installieren Sie das Gerät nicht an einem Ort, an
dem es folgenden Bedingungen ausgesetzt ist:
— Temperaturen über 55°C (z. B. in einem in der
Sonne geparkten Auto).
— direktem Sonnenlicht.
— in der Nähe befindlichen Wärmequellen (z. B.
Heizungen).
— Regen oder Feuchtigkeit.
— übermäßig viel Staub oder Schmutz.
— starken Erschütterungen.
• Wählen Sie die Einbaustelle sorgfältig aus, und
beachten Sie dabei folgendes:
— Der Kraftstofftank darf nicht von den
Schneidschrauben beschädigt werden.
— Unter der Stelle, an der Sie das Gerät
montieren wollen, sollten sich keine
Kabelbäume oder sonstige Leitungen
befinden.
— Die Schrauben oder das Gerät selbst sollten
das Ersatzrad, Werkzeug und andere Teile im
oder unter dem Kofferraum nicht beschädigen
oder in anderer Weise hinderlich sein.
• Achten Sie vor der Installation in einem
Handschuhfach oder auf einem Konsolenfach
darauf, daß es keine Probleme mit den Kabeln
und Leitungen des Hauptgeräts gibt und daß
sich die Klappe auch bei angebrachtem
Montageriemen noch öffnen läßt.

To prevent damage to the unit, do not use screws longer than 6 mm.
