Using an alternative secretary
It may be that your system does not support this feature for you. If that is
the case, you will not have access to it.
Your telephone must be part of an executive/secretary arrangement and
have a key programmed for diversion to alternative secretary: the
Alternative Secretary key.
• If the LED in the key is off, calls are not diverted to the alternative
secretary
• If the LED in the key is flashing, calls are diverted to the alternative
secretary

1 To divert calls to the extension of an
alternative secretary, press the Alternative
secretary key, when the LED is off

2 To switch off diversion of all calls to the
extension of an alternative secretary, press
the Alternative secretary key, when the
LED is on
