SAFETY INFORMATION Before Operating 1. Before using any tool, any part that appears damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. 2. Before operating your Air Tank, check for damaged parts. 3. Do not exceed the maximum PSI air pressure. 4. Use compressed air only. 5. When filling the tank, do not over-pressurize. 6. Do not over inflate. Never exceed the maximum pressure rating of any inflatable. Check pressure frequently during inflation.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. To check the safety valve Before using this tank, pull the ring on the safety valve to make sure that the safety valve operates smoothly (Fig 1). Do not use air tank if the safety valve is stuck or does not operate smoothly. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS WARNING: Do not use tank for the storage of compressed gases other than air. If the tank has changed shape in any way, discontinue use immediately. CAUTION: Replace fittings if leaking or physically damaged in any way. CAUTION: Always drain tank pressure completely before attempting to remove or replace any of the fittings. 1. Connecting (1) Close the air cock (Fig 2). (2) Connect the tank by connecting the air hose to one of the four quick couplers on the tank.

Adjustment of outlet pressure Adjust the outlet pressure to the required level by turning the knob of the pressure regulator clockwise to increase the outlet pressure and counterclockwise to decrease it. Tool gauge is provided to show when the required pressure is reached. When adjusting the pressure, check and make sure that tank gauge for the tank. Tank has the pressure level that is higher than that of the pressure to be adjusted.
MAINTENANCE Procedure for draining condensation from tank: 1. Regularly drain water condensation from tank, which can lead to internal corrosion and damage to the tank. To drain, keep all air cocks to the "OFF" position (Fig 5). 2. Turn air pressure regulator knob counter-clockwise to set the outlet pressure to zero (Fig 5). 3. Completely release the air in the tank through the air hose connected to the air tank. 4. Place suitable container under unit to catch water. 5.
