Warranty

LIMITED 3 YEAR WARRANTY:
STKR CONCEPTS, LLC. warrants to the original owner that this STKR product is free from defects in parts and
workmanship for the reasonable time of 3 YEARS of that owner. STKR or an authorized STKR Warranty Service Center
will repair the product (Including, but not limited to: flashlights, home lights, tough skins, simple suckers, and parking
sensors, etc.) or, at its option, replace a defective component. (STKR does not warrant the future availability of any particular
colors, markings or decorations, and reserves the option to replace a custom flashlight or product with a standard flashlight
or product.) Registration is not required for warranty coverage. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and conditions,
express or implied.
EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover any of the following: 1. Battery exhaustion; 2. Battery leakage; or 3. Damage
to or failure of the flashlight or any component thereof due to alteration, misuse, battery leakage or lack of maintenance.
PLEASE READ THE OWNER MANUAL FOR DIRECTIONS OF USE AND REASONABLE MAINTAINANCE OF
STKR PRODUCTS. STKR DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions (countries, provinces, and states) do not allow exclusion or limitation of implied warranties,
incidental or consequential damages and/or limitations on transferability, so the above limitations and exclusions may not
apply to you.
HOW AND WHEN TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
1. In case of battery exhaustion, do not return the product to STKR, but replace the batteries.
2. If the product has been damaged by leakage of batteries, do not return the flashlight to STKR, but determine what brand
of battery caused the damage and follow the battery manufacturer’s instructions about how to make a damage claim.
3. Warranty Returns: Call customer service @ 704-508-1031 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Send the STKR
Product back (postage or shipping prepaid) to STKR, 116 Burry Ct., Troutman, NC, USA 28166, Attention:
Warranty/Repair Department. For your protection and to expedite handling and/or postal claims, we recommend that all
returns be insured and sent Certified and/or Return Receipt Requested. Do not send batteries with flashlights. Please enclose
the product in question, your name, your RA#, contact information (E-MAIL AND PHONE NUMBER), and a quick
explanation of the reason for the return.
4. Items must be returned in their original packaging if at all possible. Please save all packaging and accessories for any
item that is returned to STKR. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, and packaging must be
returned with your item for STKR to process your RMA.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or exchange once we've received and processed the returned item. In most
cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our
receiving your return.
Shipments will be deemed to have been accepted by Returns Dept upon delivery of the said shipments to Returns unless
rejected upon receipt. The Returns Dept shall perform whatever inspection or normal operational tests Returns Dept deems
necessary as promptly as possible but in no event later than five (5) days after delivery, after which time Returns Dept will
be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the Products.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from country to country, province
to province, and state to state. Where any term of this warranty is prohibited by the law of any jurisdiction, such term shall
there be null and void, but the remainder of this warranty shall remain in full force and effect.
Except as specified above or prohibited by applicable law: all express or implied conditions and warranties, including,
without limitation, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of
any informational content, are hereby excluded and disclaimed by STKR Concepts, LLC; and in no event will STKR
Concepts company, or owner operator be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive
damages howsoever arising and regardless of the theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
