LD1086 1.5 A adjustable and fixed low drop positive voltage regulator Datasheet - production data DPAK TO-220 D²PAK DFN8 (4x4) D²PAK/A Features • Typical dropout: 1.3 V at 1.5 A Dropout is guaranteed at a maximum of 1.2 V at the maximum output current, decreasing at lower loads. The LD1086 is pin-to-pin compatible with older 3-terminal adjustable regulators, but has better performance in terms of drop and output tolerance.
