HEALTHY OMELETTE
INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
cooked green beans or asparagus
¼ cup Parmesan or pecorino cheese
salt & pepper
leuce & tomato to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Beat 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg together. Pour into omelee tray.
Add cooked green beans or asparagus and let cook according to instructions
on page 9. Before serving, sprinkle with Parmesan and season with salt &
pepper to taste.
