Cutting Head Angle Adjustment

The telescoping pole is equipped with an adjustable head

which can be rotated 180º (Fig. 4). Follow the instructions

below to adjust the angle.

1. Loosen the cutting head by turning the angle adjustment

knob clockwise (Fig. 4).

2. Rotate the cutting head 180º then tighten the angle

adjustment knob counter-clockwise (Fig. 4).

Securing the Extension Cord

1. Make a loop with the extension cord.

2. Insert the loop through the opening in the back of the

rear handle and secure the loop onto the extension cord

restraint hook (Fig. 5).

3. Connect the extension cord to the appliance cord (Fig. 5).

Operation

Starting + Stopping

Before you start the unit, make sure the grass shear + weeder

is not contacting any object.

1. Remove the grass shear blade sheath (Fig. 6).

2. To turn the grass shear + weeder ON, press and hold the

safety lock button with your thumb, then squeeze the ON/

OFF trigger switch with your ngers. Once the machine

powers on, you can release the safety button and proceed

with operation (Fig. 7).

3. To switch OFF, release the ON/OFF trigger switch (Fig. 7).
