90-DAY WARRANTY
Bluelight Lunar LLC
guarantees 90-Day product warranty. Bluelight
Lunar warrants the structure and finish of the product components to be
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a
period of 90-Day.
The warranty commences from the initial date of purchase by the owner or
trade professional, from an authorized Bluelight Lunar dealer, through the
90-Day term of the original owner or end-user. Any product reported to
the authorized dealer or to Bluelight Lunar as being defective within the
warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal value
at the option of Bluelight Lunar. This warranty extends to the original
owner or end-user, and is not transferable to a subsequent owner. During
the warranty period, if Defect is confirmed by Bluelight Lunar’s inspection,
Bluelight Lunar may, at its sole discretion, repair, provide a replacement of
any part or the whole product, or make appropriate adjustment where
Bluelight Lunar’s inspection discloses any such defect. Damages caused
by accident, misuse, or abuse of use are not covered by this warranty.
Replacement request may sent to [e-mail]. Proof of
purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser
must accompany all warranty claims.
Bluelight Lunar will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage
incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for any direct, indirect,
incidental or consequential damages, losses, injuries or costs caused by the
product. In no event shall the liability of Bluelight Lunar exceed the
purchase price of the product.
