installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and hazards

ATTENTION Receiving Department: Note actual fixture description of any shortage or noticeable damage on delivery

receipt. File claim for common carrier (LTL) directly with carrier. Claims for concealed damage must be filed within 15

days of delivery. All damaged material, complete with original packing must be retained.

Installation Instructions–Sure-Lites APELMINI Conduit Installation NOTE: Max Mounting Height is 17ft Wall Mount Installation 1. Extend unswitched 24-hour AC supply of rated voltage to junction box. Leave at least 8 inches of slack. Circuit should not be energized at this time. 2. Open the APELMINI by inserting a screwdriver at the two holes on the bottom of the unit. This will deflect the snap features to allow the unit to open. (See Figure 1) 1.
