3. CHANNEL (CH) •/• buttons- Press to
select menlorized channel.

Press to select item you want to adjust m
the picture control mode.
4. INPUT SELECT button- Press to select
TV or video input mode (VIDEO1 or
VIDEO2).

5. POWER button- Press to turu the TV ON

6. Channel number button- Press two digits
to directly access tile desired channel.
Remember to press a "0" before a single
digit chauuel.
+100 button- Press to select cable chan-
nels higher thau 99.
7. MUTE button- Press to mm off the sound
portion of tile TV program (Volume level
display turns LIGHT RED lrom LIGHT
BLUE). Press this button again or press
the VOL(ume) or button to restore
souud.
8. CH RETURN button- Press to go back to
the previously viewed chanuel. Press it
again to returu to the present channel.
9. SLEEP button- Press to display the sleep
timer aud start the functiou. The shut off
time can be determined by tile uumber of
times you press tile buttou (0, 10, 20, 3(t,
..90, 0 minutes).
10. DISPLAY button- Press to display the
chauuel number ou tire screeu. The chan-
nel uumber will disappear by pressing it
again.
11. AUDIO L/R input jacks- VIDEO2:
Connect to the lel_/right audio output,jacks
of a DVD player or set top box.
12. COMPONENT video input jacks-
Connect to the component video out ,jacks
of a DVD or set top box.
13. AUDIO L/R input jacks- VIDEOI:
Connect to the left/right audio output jacks
of a video camera, VCR or video gaule.
Note: The AUDIO L .jack is for mouo
input. The souud is heard from both speak-
ers. Use this jack for conuectiug monaural
audio equipmeut.

14.VIDEO input jack- Counect to tire video
output jack of a video caulera, VCR or
video game.
15. S-VIDEO input jack- Connect to the S-
VIDEO output.jack of a video camera or
VCR using the S-VIDEO cable (not sup-
plied).
Note: Tile S-VIDEO ,jack is given priority
over the VIDEO jack.
16. ANT(enna). in jack- Conuect to an auten-
na, cable system or satellite system.
17.HEADPHONE jack- Connect headphone
(trot supplied) liorpersonal listeuing.
Note: Do not connect earphones that have
an L-shaped plug. Tire plug may iuterfere
with the cabiuet.

[BATTERY PRECAUTIONS]
Be sure to follow tile correct polarity as
indicated in the battery comparmleut.
Reversed batteries may cause damage to
tile device.
Do not mix different types of batteries
together (e.g. Alkaline and Carbon-Zinc) or
old batteries with fresh ones.
If the device is not to be used lbr a long
period of time, renlove tile batteries to pre-
veut damage or injury from possible battery
leakage.
Do not try to recharge batteries not intend-
ed to be recharged; they can overheat and
rapture.
Wheu you use tire AUDIO/VIDEO inputjacks,
select "VIDEO l" or "VIDEO2" mode by
pressiug the INPUT SELECT buttou on the
remote coutrol or tile SELECT button ou tile
front panel on the TV.
To use the ,jacks ol AV-INI oil the TV,
select "VIDEO 1".
To use the ,jacks of AV-IN2 oil the TV.
select "VIDEO2".
Note:
Wheu you use the S-VIDEO connection,
S-VIDEO,jack is giveu priority over the
VIDEO ,jack.
