Managing disaster recovery
Disaster recovery restores Symantec Protection Center and allows it to resume
communicating with the client computers.
You can use disaster recovery in the following situations:
■ You want to reinstall the server because the database is damaged.
■ You want to move the server installation to another computer because the old
computer's hard disk is damaged.
■ You want to move the server installation to a new computer.
