Now you can browse the WPL/M3U files by WAP and select them for
playback: scroll on the file and touch the list entry. The included internet
radio station url will be called for playback.
As final step you can easily - as usual - store the station to your My
Favorites list in your WAP, as described in section Internet Radio.
Harddisk Slot
The harddisk slot of your WAP is provided to hold one optional 2,5“ SATA harddisk
(2.5“ Sata HDD with max. 9.5mm height) for your music library, playlists, radio
recordings and to store backups of the system settings. The installed SATA HDD will
be equal to any externally connected USB storages, but is fully protected by the
internal HDD slot and requires no external connections for usage. The internal SATA
HDD is surely integrated into the power management of the system, to be driven
down by energy saving mode during the “standby“ times.
Installing the SATA harddisk:
Please make sure to do the HDD installation under the precondition the
SMR is set to standby or power off!
Make sure the HDD you install is a standard 2.5“ SATA harddisk with max.
9.5mm height.
Note: the WAP supports the file systems FAT32 and NTFS. Please take
care the installed harddisk shall be equipped with one of these file systems
to ensure the compatibility to your WAP!
Open the HDD slot by grasping the cover (16) at both ends, press together
a little bit to release its locking pins and pull it out backwards.
Slide in the 2.5“ SATA HDD with its connectors side first. The HDD label
must point UP!
With light force press in the HDD into the internal SATA connector until it
snaps in.
