Prole workout
With the key you can choose between:
- six predened proles, non-modiable;
- nine personal proles saved by the user.
Predened proles
The predened proles are variable workouts dened on the basis of one of three goals: time, distance or calorie consumption. The goal value is set in the
programming stage and can be changed during the exercise with the corresponding keys.
Prole workouts are set at the eort level specied by the user, calculated with the tness test; you are advised, therefore, to do the tness test rst.
The heart rate monitor is not needed for prole workouts.
