EACHRESIDENTIAL10YEARQUALITYWARRANTYFROMTILEDOCTOR®IS
SUBJECTTOTHEFOLLOWINGCONDITIONS:

ThisResidential10YearQualityWarrantyisvalidonlyinNorthAmerica.Thewarrantyisnottransferable.
Itappliesonlytotheoriginalretailpurchaser.Thislimitedwarrantyappliesonlywheretheaffectedarea(s)
oftheStarlike®tileproductsorTileDoctor®productsused.Theproductsmustbeusedinaccordancewith
industrystandardpracticesandtheTileDoctor’s®recommendedinstallationinstructions.Damagearising
fromanymisusevoidsthiswarranty:

HOWTOMAKEACLAIM

TheoriginalpurchasershouldnotifytheTileDoctor®within15daysofdiscoveryoftheissueandwithin
thetimeperiodofthislimitedwarranty.

Theoriginalretailpurchasermustpresentthefollowingitemsforawarrantyclaimtobeconsidered:

Adetaileddescriptionoftheproblemsubmittedinwritingviaemailalongwithphotographsthatwillallow
acleardemonstrationoftheproblembeingclaimed.And,avalidpurchasereceiptshowingwhereproduct
waspurchased,dateofpurchase,andproofthepersonmakingtheclaimwastheoriginalpurchaser.


PleaseNote:TheTileDoctor®doesnotgranttoanypersonorentitytheauthoritytocreateforitany
obligationorliabilityinconnectionwithStarlike®tileproductsorTileDoctor®brandedproducts.TheTile
Doctor®shallnotbeliabletotheconsumeroranyotherpersonorentityforanyincidental,specialor
consequentialdamages,arisingoutof breachofthislimitedwarranty or any impliedlimitedwarranty
(excluding merchantability). All implied warranties are hereby limited to the duration of this limited
warranty.Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofimpliedwarrantiesorthelimitationsof
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to the
purchaser.Thiswarrantygivesthepurchaserspecificlegalrights,suchrightmayvaryfromStatetoState.
