Setting
Example: Combi Convection, 350° F.
1.
Turn the function selector to COMBI MODES.
2.
Swipe to the left or right to select Combi Convection.
Touch “Combi Convection”
+.
3.
Set a temperature with the temperature selector.
4.
Touch the duration field and swipe to the left or right to
adjust the microwave duration.
5.
Touch the START l STOP touch button to start the
appliance operation.
When the set duration is finished, “Program completed”
is displayed.
Turn the function selector and the temperature selector
to the Off position.
Pausing the operation
Touch the START l STOP touch button to pause the
operation.
Touch the START l STOP touch button again to continue
operation.
Note: The cooling fan may continue to run while an
operation is interrupted.
Changing the settings of the current mode
You can change the settings during operation. Use the
temperature selector or the touch field of the value you
want to change.
Changing the operating mode
1.
Touch the START l STOP touch button.
2.
Set a different mode with the function selector.
Switching the appliance off
Turn the function selector and the temperature selector
to the OFF position.

Your appliance offers you a variety of conventional
cooking modes for baking, roasting or broiling.

For baking and cooking.
Convection cooking circulates hot air through the oven cavity
with a fan. Always use the wire rack when using the Convection
mode. Recommended for biscuits, cakes, cookies, pies, etc.

Keep Warm 170 (77) Use the Keep Warm mode to keep cooked foods hot and ready
to serve.
Food cooked covered should remain covered during Keep
Warm.

Speed Convection 200 - 450
(85 - 235)
Use the Speed Convection feature to prepare frozen conve-
nience foods, like chicken nuggets, french fries, and fish sticks,
using bottom heat and Convection.
Place the food you want to cook directly on the metal tray
turntable.
Broil high - 450 (235)
low - 400 (205)
The Broil feature uses intense heat radiated from the upper
element. You can set two intensity levels: HIGH or LOW.
Recommended for hamburgers, sausages, toast, etc.
Convection Broil high - 450 (235)
low - 400 (205)
This mode uses the broil element combined with the convection
fan.
Place food in a cold oven on the wire rack facing up for broil.
Recommended for chicken breasts, larger pieces of meat, and
fish fillets.
