12 frozen white dinner rolls
squeeze bottle margarine

OPTION 1 FOR FROZEN:
Spray the baking pan with non-stick spray.
Place frozen rolls in pan leaving ½” space
around each. Place rolls, uncovered, on
rack position 3 in steam oven set on Proof for
1 – 2 hours or until thawed and doubled in size.
Remove rolls and turn oven to 350ºF Steam
Convection. Bake on rack position 3 for 15
minutes or until golden brown. Remove pan
and brush tops with butter if desired.
OPTION 2 FOR THAWED:
Spray baking pan with non-stick spray. Place frozen rolls ½ apart in pan and cover; place in
refrigerator overnight. Place in steam oven set on Proof for 20 minutes on rack position 3.
Leaving pan in oven, change setting to Steam and Convection/Combination
at 350ºF and bake 15 – 17 minutes or until rolls are evenly browned.
Remove rolls and brush tops with butter if desired.
