Receiving calls
1. When the phone rings, simply lift the handset or medallion to answer the call.
Remark: If you would rather press after lifting the handset to receive a call, you
will need to switch Auto answer to OFF under handset menu option.
Dialling numbers quickly
Numbers can also be dialled directly from the phonebook, the calls list and redial list.
Adjusting the earpiece volume
1. During a call, press / key or + VOL key on left side to increase or decrease
the handset volume.
Mute the speakerphone
You can ‘Mute’ you handset to stop the caller from hearing you while you talk to
someone else close by.
1. During a call, press MENU/OK. The handset microphone is muted and the display
shows Call Muted.
2. Press MENU/OK again to resume your call.
Call timer
After the first 6 seconds of your call, the talking time is to display.
Flash
When having a call, press R/INT and dial the extension number to transfer the call.
Redial
1. Press or .
2. Press BIS key, the last dialled number will be dialled.
Make a call from phonebook
1. In standby mode, press / key and scroll / key through the phone list to
the desired entry.
2. Press the or key to dial the number.
