Modify the ATM OAM data blocking mode.
SYNTAX:
atm oam modify port = <{dsl0|dsl1|atm2|atm3|aal5|atm5} or

blocking = <{disabled|enabled}>

port The port for which OAM blocking is configured. REQUIRED
