creating quality products and standing behind them.
What happens if you have an issue with your Time Timer?
All purchases made through Amazon.com (US) fall under Amazon’s refund and
return policies. You can start this process through your Amazon account.
If your issue is not resolved or the Amazon warranty process has expired, please
contact Time Timer at AMZsupport@timetimer.com for assistance. All Time
Timer products include a one-year warranty (from the date of purchase) for
replacement only. To receive a replacement, you’ll need to provide:
• Product name and model
Batch Number (located on the back of your timer)
• Proof of purchase (Amazon receipt or order confirmation)
• Details about the specific problem you’re experiencing
Need your replacement timer sent outside the United States? You’ll be
required to pay a flat $20 fee in U.S. dollars to cover shipping costs. In
addition, you’ll be responsible for paying all duties and taxes.
