Before using the Grilling Machine for the first time, wipe the Grilling Plates with a damp cloth to remove all dust. 2. To preheat: Close the Lid and plug cord into a 120V AC outlet. Close the Lid. • Grill for 6 minutes, open grill, add the rest of the marinade sauce to the top of the steaks. Close the Lid.
