ServiceInterval:Every100hours—Inspectand
adjustthesparkplug;replaceitif
necessary.
Every200hours—Replacethesparkplug.
UseanNGKBPR6ESsparkplugorequivalent.
1.SettheDyna-ClutchlevertotheSTOPposition,
shutofftheengine,andwaitforallmovingparts
tostop.
2.Disconnectthewirefromthesparkplug.
3.Cleanaroundthesparkplug.
4.Removethesparkplugfromthecylinderhead.
Important:Replaceacracked,fouled,or
dirtysparkplug.Donotcleantheelectrodes,
becausegritenteringthecylindercan
damagetheengine.
5.Setthegapontheplugto0.76mm(0.030inch);
