You can solve many common appliance problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service
call. Try the suggestions below to see if you can solve the problem before calling the servicer.
If the microwave oven still does not work properly, contact Koolatron customer service center.
DO NOT troubleshoot internal components. Microwaves hold dangerous voltage (5000V) even after
power is removed. Only a certified technician should attempt repair.
