9. Embroidery
A free machine embroidery pattern can be created. Trace your design on the material and centre it
in an embroidery hoop. Lay stabilizer underneath thin fabric.
Install a darning adapter and then sew.
 For model 7140, DE21 use the drop feed that comes with the sewing machine instead of a darning
adapter. (refer to P.45 [Using the drop feed])
Before setting the darning adapter, remove the power plug from the outlet.
Not doing so could cause an injury.
Align the accessory darning adapter with the
insertion holes.
Insert until there is a locking sound to install to
the needle plate.
