Recipe Guide

INGREDIENTS
Coat the roast evenly with the Traeger Prime
Rib Rub and wrap in plastic wrap. Let sit in the
refrigerator for 24 hours.
When ready to cook, set the temperature to High
and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Place the prime rib fat side up, directly on the grill
grate and cook for 30 minutes. Starting at a higher
heat will help to develop a crispy, rendered crust.
After 30 minutes, reduce the grill temperature to
325ºF.
Close lid and roast at 325ºF for 3-4 hours or until
cooked to desired internal temperature, 120ºF for
rare, 130ºF for medium rare, 140ºF for medium
and 150ºF for well done.
Remove from grill and let rest 15 minutes before
carving. Enjoy!
*Cook times will vary depending on set and
ambient temperatures.
