22) Useful tips on saving energy
• Deactivate the WiFi function when it is not in use.
• Deactivate the Bluetooth connection when it is not in use.
• Only leave the SurfTab connected to the socket until the
battery is fully charged.
• Switch to standby mode when the SurfTab is not in use or
switch it off completely.

Why does my SurfTab charge slowly?
If you have connected the SurfTab for charging, but expose it to
a high load at the same time (e. g. movie playback at 100 % display
brightness and simultaneously surfing, chatting or gaming),
the battery is charged due to the excessive use very slowly.
Therefore, we recommend that you charge the SurfTab while it
is switched off. In this way you achieve the fastest possible
download speed.
When I attempt to start a video recording, I get an error
message and recording does not start. What can I do?
Please first install all available updates on your SurfTab (see the
question "How can I install Windows Updates on my SurfTab?") If
you continue to receive an error message despite installing the
updates, please contact customer service.
