7. Training
7.1 Training manager
Depending on the product features, your
TRELOCK cycle computer offers a wide range
of specific training options. You can, for exam-
ple, determine
how long you wish to train
the minimum number of kilometres you wish to
cycle
the gain in altitude you wish to achieve (BB
3500, BB 4000)
how many calories you wish to burn in a trai-
ning session (BB 3000, BB 3500, BB 4000) or
how many revolutions per minute you wish to
accomplish (BB 2000, BB 3000, BB 4000).
You can view your training status at any time
during training or a pause.
Using the symbols " ", "" and " " on the
display, you can constantly check your training
intensity.
In the menu "Bike":
= your current speed is higher than the aver-
age speed in the current trip/leg.
• = the current speed corresponds to the aver-
age speed in the current trip/leg.
= your current speed is lower than the aver-
age speed in the current trip/leg.
In the "Pedal frequency" menu (BB 2000, BB
3000, BB 4000):
= the current pedal frequency is above the
training limit entered.
• = the current pedal frequency is optimal for
your training.
= the current pedal frequency is below the
training limit entered.
In the "Heart rate" menu (BB 3000, BB 3500,
BB 4000):
= the current heart rate is above the training
limit entered.
• = the heart rate is optimal for your training.
= the heart rate is below the training limit
entered.
