Important: You cannot use the following port numbers for HTTP access, because they are reserved for system use.

5001, 5005, 5006, 5335, 5432, 6881, 8080, 7000, 7001, 8081, 9997, 9998, 9999, 50001, 50002, eMule default ports:
4662 (TCP), 4672(UDP), and FTP default port range: 55536-55663
To enable HTTPS connection for Web Station and Photo Station:
1 Tick Enable web HTTPS connection.
2 Click the optional Import Certificate.
3 Click OK.
By enabling this function, HTTP connections to Web Station and Photo Station will be protected with SSL/TLS
encrypting mechanism.

Manage WebDAV
Click the WebDAV tab at Main Menu > Control Panel > Web Services to enable WebDAV or CalDAV. By
enabling WebDAV, you can manage and edit files or calendars stored on DiskStation remotely.
To enable WebDAV:
For HTTP connection:
a Tick the Enable WebDAV checkbox. The default port number for the WebDAV service is 5005.
b Click OK.
For HTTPS connection:
a Tick the Enable WebDAV HTTPS connection checkbox. The default port number for WebDAV HTTPS is
5006.
b Click OK.
Use WebDAV Clients to Manage Files in Different Environments
You can use WebDAV clients to manage files in different environments. You can set it up as a network drive on
your operating system, or access it via a browser or on a smartphone.
When using WebDAV service, we suggest you use UTF-8-supported WebDAV clients to manage your files. This
can prevent the file names from becoming unreadable characters after uploading. For more information, click the
Help button (with a question mark) at the top-right corner.
Subscribe to Calendars with CalDAV Clients
You can use CalDAV clients on your computer or mobile device to subscribe to calendars stored on DiskStation,
and then manage calendar events, notes, or to-do tasks. For more information, click the Help button (with a
question mark) at the top-right corner.
