BLENDING RECIPES
Smoothie & Beverage Instructions:
1. Fill blending cup with hardest ingredients first
followed by softer ingredients and then the liquid.
2. Tighten the blending assembly to the personal
blending cup tightly and invert.
3. Blend for 30 seconds.
4. Enjoy fresh or on the run by covering with the daily
use commuter lids.
Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
1 orange
1 banana
¾ cup almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla pea protein (optional)
Date Shake
1 banana
½ cup almond milk
2 Tbsp. date paste or 4 dates no pit
2 Tbsp. almond butter
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
Strawberry Pink Lemonade
1 cup coconut or regular water

