BLENDING RECIPES
DIY Basic Smoothie Recipe
• ½ - 1 cup liquid of choice
• 1 fresh or frozen banana in 1“ pieces
• ¼ cup of other fresh or frozen fruit
• 1 Tbsp. of protein powder (or green powder)
Optional Ingredients:
• 1 - 2 ice cubes (great for summer cooling)

or seeds, or soaked chia seeds

almonds or brazil nuts) other nuts do not have to be soaked as they are softer and will blend
easier than almonds or brazil nuts.
Liquid choices:
Desired amount: ½ - 1 cup liquid of choice:
(Note: if more than 1 ¼ cup of liquid is used blender can overflow and might leak out during the
blending process)
• Fruit juice
• Coffee
• Yogurt
• Milk
Tofu (blend into liquid first with  cup water)
• Water
Fruit choices:

Any fresh or frozen fruit in season that you like can be used for smoothies.
The more fruit you add the thicker the drink.
With a ¼ cup liquid you can create a pudding like dessert from any fresh fruit and your
choice of liquid.
Easy Milk Instructions:
1. Fill the blending with container all ingredients.
2. Tighten the blending assembly to the personal blending
container tightly and invert.
3. Blend for 30- 45 seconds.
4. Check the consistency and strain if desired before storing.
5. Cover with storage lid and shake before each use for best
results.

1 ½ cups water
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. sea salt

¼ tsp. sea salt
