Machine structure check and nuts debug Adjustable nuts are on the back of the print head, the back of the hot bed and the two ends of the X axis (the beam with the print head), total of 4 positions. Check whether it is loose by moving the parts in below picture. A B C The machine has been pre-installed and strictly tested before leaving the factory. During the bumpy process of long-distance transportation, few number of loose parts may occur.

Auto leveling and set up the Z offset Connect the power supply and turn on the switch to perform interface operations. The print head returns to home position and stops at the lower left corner of the hot bed. It moves normally during the process, so can proceed to the next step. Z offset this step several times to get the average value, and raise or lower the height of the hot bed by rotating the nuts at the four corners of the hot bed.

Manual Leveling For small size printers, manual leveling is easier than automatic leveling. Because the machine is equipped with an automatic leveling detector, it is still necessary to set Z OFFSET. Click the cross icon, the print head will move to this position, visually judge the distance between the nozzle and the hot bed, adjust the nut to control the movement of the hot bed.

How to load filament Click the icon to move the print head up to a certain height to better observe the filament extrusion. Straighten the filament Click on the temperature bar and wait for the temperature of the nozzle to rise while preparing for the next step. Done ! The value on the left represents the actual temperature. When the actual temperature is close to the value on the right, you can click the extrusion button.
